The time has come to refresh our development fleet and find new homes for our current development vehicles.

Looking resplendent with its Olive-green paintwork and beige interior, our Silver Shadow is affectionally named ‘Dave’ after fellow RRBSA member Dave Terry, who lived and worked in Holland and sadly passed in 2017.

We acquired the Silver Shadow from a contact in Holland and ‘Dave’ has been our longest-running test car that has had an array of parts function fitted and extensively tested, resulting in many aftermarket and reconditioned parts being approved for sale to our customers.

The car is mechanically sound, with many new parts fitted over the last 5 years, including new exhaust, starter, alternator, and brakes to name but a few. The bodywork is generally in good order, but the Everflex roof needs attention.

 

We very often purchase cars for breaking that do not deserve to be dismantled; we try to offer these for sale as restoration projects.
