“Locally owned for over 16 years, this 1985 Bentley Mulsanne is an early version, produced before the ‘R’ for roadholding was added, enabling the car to go round corners more successfully and also come to a halt more swiftly.

Well maintained initially by its enthusiastic owner, it was in regular use, but has been off the road for some years, resulting in a number of mechanical issues including brakes and suspension. Featuring a carburettor fuelled engine, rather than the later injected version, these early turbocharged cars are now less popular than the ‘R ’versions.
