“A broken front bumper does not always bode well for the condition of the rest of the car and that is certainly the case here. Dating from 2005, this once elegant Continental Flying Spur does not appear to have had the care that it deserves and is now looking rather tired. Even though it was driven to us from a town in the north, inspection in our workshops has revealed an almost endless list of problems, both electrical and mechanical, including poor engine compressions. Many fixtures and fittings are broken and with an apparently low mileage around 66,000 miles, it is pretty obvious that the car has rarely been serviced, if at all. However, our recycling team are confident that many components can be salvaged, and are eager to start work upon it.”
