“Introduced to attract younger buyers to the marque, the Bentley Eight was a little more economical to acquire than the standard Mulsanne and Turbo models. Featuring less intricate wood veneers to the interior, and a more traditional mesh radiator grill, it opened up the Bentley experience to a wider audience. This is an early example, dating from 1984 and has passed through the hands of 7 custodians, before arriving with us. Standing for a few years, corrosion has taken hold above, and below, and with over 108,000 miles covered, mechanical and electrical problems render the car uneconomical to return to the road. Our recyclers will extract every last valuable component when it reaches our workshops.”
