“Parking your Bentley in a barn, long term, is not always the best way to care for it. That was probably not the original intention, but circumstances can change. Moving forward, this very early Bentley T1 ended up residing in the barn for some time and has reacted accordingly, taking onboard a number of creatures along the way. The years on the farm have not been kind mechanically, the interior is a cornucopia of cobwebs, and corrosion is evident throughout. Starting life in 1968, it has the 6230cc engine and a number of features not found on the later cars, so our recycling team, although obviously excited by the prospect, will break out the PPE and, proceed with caution.”
