Very rarely do we see a Corniche for recycling as they remain extremely desirable. These bespoke models were carefully constructed by skilled craftsmen, entirely by hand, often covering very low mileages in the hands of their original owners. This one is rather an exception, with in excess of 113,000 miles recorded, and having sustained recent accident damage in addition to damage some years ago. As such, it is now declared unsafe to return the road and must be dismantled. Dating from 1980, the car is virtually complete, and features a very good interior with many items unique to the two-door specification. Needless to say, the arrival of this car in our workshops is eagerly anticipated by the recycling team.
