“ The term ‘barn find’ is particularly popular in the classic world at the moment and here we have exactly one of those. Starting its life abroad, this 1975 manufactured Silver Shadow was repatriated to the UK in 1979 which is why it displays a ‘T’ registration plate. At some point after 1979, having passed through the hands of just 4 keepers, it found its way into a Worcestershire barn where it remained for many years, uncovered, until it was extracted a few weeks ago. Time in the barn has not been kind, as the photographs show, and the car is now way beyond salvation. That said, our experienced recycling team will identify suitable components which can be cleaned, tested and supplied as recycled parts, others will be prime candidates for reconditioning by our skilled workshop team. In this way, this once fine motor car will help to keep other Silver Shadows on the road for many years to come.”
