"This Silver Shadow first took to the road in 1970. Originally earmarked for restoration by the previous owner, it was, unfortunately found to require too much time and money to make the project worthwhile. The full length ‘Webasto’ fabric sunroof is very much a period accessory, being a popular after-market addition to many cars from the same era, but it has not fared well and is no longer water tight. The car has now been recycled and many parts have found new homes."
