"The first of three Shadows that came to us from the same resting place, this is an example of the rare long wheelbase version, fitted with the equally rare smaller rear window, or ‘backlight’ if one wishes to be technically correct. First registered in 1972, this once elegant motor car has unfortunately languished outside in a yard for many years and the weather has taken its toll. The rear seat seems to have survived remarkably well, but that’s all. It will still yield many components for recycling and reconditioning."
