Bentley Motors Update: Computer System Downtime
We have been informed by Bentley Motors that they are upgrading their computer systems at the end of this month and they are expecting some downtime.
The entire Bentley dealer network will be unable to supply parts or access any parts information between Wednesday 30th June and Sunday 4th July.
The supply of genuine Bentley parts is expected to recommence on Monday 5th July, however we are expecting there to be an increase in the lead time on orders in the short term caused by the backlog of parts enquiries and potential technical issues with the new database.
If you wish to purchase any genuine Bentley parts that will require ordering in from the factory, please place your order prior to the close of business on Friday 25th June. This is to ensure that the parts arrive with us in good time before Bentley cease parts supply.
We will remain open for business as usual and as a contingency have placed an additional stock order with Bentley for hundreds of the most popular lines. With over 20,000 different stock lines on the shelf and ready for despatch, we hope that we can continue to satisfy all of your parts requirements during this period of inactivity at Bentley.
