On 5th January 2021 the UK went into its second full lockdown. However, businesses such as ours can continue to trade and we can reassure you that we will remain fully operational. Hopefully you will not notice any reduction in our levels of service.

Our only temporary change of policy is to not to allow customers onsite, unless it is to collect a prepaid order. To find out more about our ‘Order & Collect’ service, click here.

All courier companies continue to operate as normal.

The only issue we have noticed since the UK left the EU on 1st January has been slightly longer transit times for parcels into Europe, especially those sent by road. We hope that this is only a temporary problem as the new regulations take effect. We would welcome feedback from our European customers on whether Brexit has affected ordering and receiving parts from us.

For now we wish all of our customers a Happy New Year in the hope that you remain well and that life will start to return to normal at some point this year.
