Introducing Dave the 1974 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow
In our global role of supporting Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners, we are dedicated to keeping your cars where they should be, on the road. We work tirelessly to make sure that if a part has been made no longer available from the manufacturer, we can supply a high-quality replacement product.
Just over 5 years ago we started our test and development car program. A Silver Shadow seemed obvious due to its popularity, production numbers, as well as parts cross-over with Silver Cloud III and the S3 models. We had also started to see an increasing amount of Silver Shadow genuine Crewe products being discontinued.
Over the last 5 years, Dave has had countless parts fitted and tested in real-world conditions. From Brake discs, exhaust systems, and filters all the way through to alternators, starter motors. floor pans, and suspension bushes.
Not everything that was fitted worked, lasted, or passed our standards. We’ve had exhaust systems that didn’t quite fit and affected the vehicle’s performance. Starter motors that failed after a few months under load in winter conditions. Suspension bushes collapsed after a few thousand miles of road testing. We started the process over again until we found the right products. Every part or product that passes our tests will then be ordered for stock and sale.
We are so confident in our product introduction process that we’ve extended the warranty period of all our aftermarket and OEM products to a minimum of 3 years.
