"With just 74,900 miles on the clock, this beautiful 1970 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow has been restored over the last 2 years. Benefitting from a full bare metal respray retaining its original colour (Regal Red) carried out by a top class bodywork specialist in Ilkeston, Derbyshire renowned for its state of the art workshop and high class restoration work resulting in paint finishes few can achieve! All doors, bonnet, boot lid and glass were removed. New sills, wheel arches and valance replaced. Full hydraulic rebuild, comprising of new accumulators, valve bodies, all six callipers and flexi pipes. Radiators removed and cleaned, top and bottom hoses replaced with new clips. All drive belts replaced regardless of condition. Battery replaced with Duracell DA70l (069/072) Advanced Battery complete with new battery isolation switch. Full carburetter rebuild, new plug leads, spark plugs, coil, ballast resistor, condenser distributor cap and rotor arm. New correct style exhaust system replaced. All four wheels grit blasted and repainted to original black finish. New Avon 205VR15 black wall radial tyres fitted. Pinstriping carried out freestyle matching that of original. Walnut fascia and trims completely refurbished by local French Polisher. Beige leather upholstery and door cards cleaned and re-connellised by Leathercraft of Warrington, authorised Connelly specialists. New over rugs fitted to compliment the already stunning interior. Brightwork re-chromed and polished together with stainless steel trims and radiator grille. Engine compartment – 4 new sound pads fitted to underside of bonnet to match original. All work carried out to the highest standard ensuring that the originality of the car has not been compromised. Excellent condition throughout, fully serviced and road tested ensuring the car is more than ready to proceed delivering such enviable performance.
