Front Wheel Cylinders & Hoses (Series 1 Only)

Prior to April 1956 Bentley S Type (prior to VIN B245BC) and Silver Cloud (prior to SYB50) models were fitted with a single master cylinder which fed a single brake hose to each front hub. After these chassis numbers all cars were fitted with the dual master cylinder system which fed twin brake hoses to each front hub.

All models were fitted with two cylinders per front wheel. Series 1 models are fitted with cylinders UG2782 and UG2783 which accept seal kit CD1203. The Series 2 and 3 models were fitted with cylinders UG3650 and UG3651 which accept seal kit CD1608. You can fit the later cylinders to Series 1 models - we list them here.

Please ensure that your car has not previously been fitted with the later cylinders prior to ordering replacement seal kits.
