As a rule of thumb all MkVI & R Type models were fitted with SU carburetters (either H4 or H6), LHD MkVI, Silver Wraith and early Dawn with Stromberg carburetter and later Silver Dawn models with a Zenith carburetter. The information listed in the Workshop Manual TSD2292is shown in the diagram on the right.
