Corniche & Bentley Continental - From VIN 15495 - 9:1CR

1986 Model Year Corniche & Bentley Continental models (for all countries other than North America, Japan & Australia) were the first to be fitted with the later short skirt pistons that were fitted to all of the eFi models from 1987.

UE46124 is the original piston part number which supersedes to UE71269.

The Workshop Manual TSD2476 states that the cylinder liner diameters should be checked with a dial test indicator. If they are worn more than 0.1016mm (0.004") or if the ovality exceeds 0.076mm (0.003") it is necessary to fit new liners and pistons.
